We accept returns on unworn jewelry for any reason within 30 days.  This does not apply to custom order jewelry.

Jewelry that has been worn may not be returned or exchanged. All gold rings and scripture rings are manufactured in the size ordered. If you need to return a gold ring or a scripture ring for a size other than the size ordered please include $15.00 exchange fee per ring and $8.00 for return shipping. All other ring exchanges requires only $5.00 shipping and handling charge. For any exchange, fill out order form with size needed, include payment for exchange, and ship with unworn ring. Please insure the package for proper amount and ship in a padded envelope or box. Custom order rings and pendants may not be returned or exchanged. Thank you!

**Gold items take two weeks to manufacture and are only available in the United States and Canada at this time. Our normal shipping is UPS Ground (5-6 working days).  Overnight and Second Day Air are available for rush orders.

Security Policy

This site uses 256-bit AES encryption for online transactions. Utilizing Secure Socket Layers (SSL), your information is encrypted before it is sent across the Internet. The data that you send us is secure and safe from unauthorized access. When we go to retrieve your data we utilize the same encryption to ensure that the data that leaves your computer gets to us safely without the possibility of someone obtaining any of your information. We do not store credit card information on our web server, it is retrieved and stored locally behind a secure firewall so there is no chance that an unauthorized person could ever obtain access to your credit card information. FAQ

Q: Do I have to know the finger size to order a ring?
A: Yes, if you do not know your finger size our catalog contains a finger sizer.

Q: Will silver tarnish?
A: Silver is an oxidizing metal and can tarnish.  We do use a special type of sterling silver that is tarnish resistant.  Some individuals pH makeup causes a discoloration in the skin when it comes in contact with Sterling Silver.  If this should happen to you please call our customer service line regarding other options available.

Q: What if I order the wrong size?
A: You may take your ring to your local jeweler to be sized.  You may also send it back for exchange if not worn and within 30 days.  Silver rings require an exchange fee of $5 for shipping and handling.  Gold rings require a $16 exchange fee and $8 shipping and handling.  There are no exchanges on custom scripture rings.

Q: Can I order white gold?
A: Yes, white gold is available for an extra $10 charge on all of our jewelry that is available in yellow gold.
